THIS AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE RICHMOND COMMUNITY FOUNDATION TO INVENTORY, CHARACTERIZE, ASSESS, AND CONDUCT CLEANUP PLANNING AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT-RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR BROWNFIELD SITES IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA. THE TARGET AREA FOR THE GRANT IS FORMED BY FIVE PREDOMINANTLY RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS (BELDING WOODS, CORONADO, IRON TRIANGLE, PULLMAN, AND SANTA FE).
