IT WILL BE CONNECTED TO THE EXISTING STORMWATER SYSTEM IN TEANECK AND WILL RELEASE THE DETAINED WATER BACK INTO THE SYSTEM FOLLOWING A HEAVY RAINFALL EVENT. THE FOLLOWING IS THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT: - SITE MOBILIZATION - EXCAVATION, GRADING, AND FIELD RESTORATION - INSTALLATION OF THE STORMWATER DETENTION SYSTEM - INSTALLATION OF INLETS TYPE B - INSTALLATION OF NEW STORM MANHOLES - INSTALLATION OF A 9'X18' CONCRETE VERTICAL CURB - INSTALLATION OF A CONCRETE SIDEWALK 4' THICK - INSTALLATION OF A CONCRETE AND ASPHALT DRIVEWAY APRON - 4' THICK TOPSOIL, FERTILIZING, SEEDING, AND MULCHING - REPAINTING TRAFFIC MARKINGS, LINES, AND INSTALLATION OF LONG LIFE THERMOS PLASTICSUBRECIPIENT:NO SUBAWARDS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT.OUTCOMES:THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERABLES AND OUTCOMES ARE A STORMWATER DETENTION SYSTEM THAT WILL SERVE AS A TEMPORARY STORAGE UNIT DURING HEAVY STORMWATER FLOW EVENTS THAT CAN HOLD UP TO 90,000 GALLONS OF WATER, WHICH IS EXPECTED TO LEAD TO THE ELIMINATION OF THREATS TO TEANECK RESIDENTS' SAFETY AND WELLBEING DUE TO FREQUENT FLOODING EVENTS.
