THIS AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE FUNDING UNDER THE INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT AND JOBS ACT (IIJA) FOR SULLIVAN COUNTY TO CAPITALIZE A REVOLVING LOAN FUND AS AUTHORIZED BY CERCLA 104(K)(3) IN SULLIVAN COUNTY NEW YORK.
