The Center will pursue five integrated, lifecycle-based objectives: expand access and awareness; provide crisis and early support; strengthen stabilization and systems navigation; promote long-term independence and quality of life; and strengthen evaluation, data, and organizational infrastructure. Services are coordinated and person-centered to improve access, reduce barriers, strengthen community living, and reach underserved populations nationwide.
