Child trafficking and digital sexual exploitation present an urgent, nationwide threat that law enforcement agencies, especially those in rural and resource-limited areas, are not adequately equipped to confront using their current tools and training. The rise of online platforms acting as recruitment, grooming, and trafficking tools has made this crime more widespread, harder to detect, and increasingly complex. Skull games is seeking $500,000 to combat commercial sexual exploitation through training and resource development. IT includes strong partnerships, comprehensive tools, and a clear plan for national dissemination. Detailed implementation plan addressing risk planning. Key deliverables include national counter-trafficking osint toolkit with training videos, downloadable policy templates and forms, digital field guide for investigators; in-person or virtual training sessions; community empowerment workshops; and a webinar series for law enforcement agencies.
