WORK PLAN ACTIVITIES INCLUDE DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF EXISTING DIGESTER BLOWERS, CONSTRUCTION ON NEW BLOWER BUILDING, INSTALLATION OF NEW TURBO BLOWERS, AND INSTALLATION OF ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT. SUBRECIPIENT:NO SUBAWARDS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT.OUTCOMES:THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERABLES INCLUDE THE DEMOLITION AND COMPLETION OF THE NEW BLOWER BUILDING, INSTALLATION OF NEW AIR PIPING AND DIGESTER RENOVATIONS, AND PROJECT COMPLETION AND CLOSEOUT.
