THE EXPECTED OUTCOMES INCLUDES IMPROVEMENTS TO ENABLE CITY OF SAN BENITO STAFF TO REMOTELY MONITOR AND CONTROL WATER LEVELS AT VARIOUS CRITICAL WATER FACILITIES BY SENDING PROCESSED DATA TO THE SCADA OPERATOR STATION/PROGRAMMING TERMINAL, WHICH WILL INTERPRET THE DATA AND SEND LOGICAL COMMANDS BACK THE FIELD DEVICES (E.G., TO OPEN OR CLOSE FLOW CONTROL VALVES; TO TURN ON OR TURN-OFF PUMPS/MOTORS). THE INTENDED BENEFICIARIES INCLUDE THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF SAN BENITO.
