Deliverables and Activities Under this cooperative agreement, the City of Westbrook will deliver the following products and services: inventory, characterization, and assessment of brownfield sites; cleanup planning and community involvement activities; and qualified environmental site assessments conducted by a competitively procured environmental professional.
