THIS AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE FUNDING UNDER THE INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT AND JOBS ACT TO OUR KATAHDIN TO CONDUCT REMEDIATION ACTIVITIES AS AUTHORIZED BY CERCLA 104(K)(3) IN MILLINOCKET, MAINEACTIVITIES:SPECIFICALLY, THIS AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE FUNDING TO THE RECIPIENT TO CLEAN UP A BROWNFIELD SITE.
