ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED INCLUDE THE EXECUTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A WASTEWATER AND STORM WATER INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION AT THE MONROE SENIOR CENTER. WORKPLAN ACTIVITIES CONSIST OF: STORMWATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS SUCH AS IMPROVED STORMWATER CONVEYANCE, AND IMPROVED TREATMENT. SUBRECIPIENT:NO SUBAWARDS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT.OUTCOMES:THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERABLES INCLUDE IMPROVED STORMWATER TREATMENT FROM THE SENIOR CENTER PARKING LOT. THE EXPECTED OUTCOMES INCLUDE IMPROVED STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND CONVEYANCE AND IMPROVED WATER QUALITY TO RECEIVING WATER DOWN STREAM OF THE MONROE SENIOR CENTER PROPERTY.
