DESCRIPTION:THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES FUNDING TO THE CITY OF KEENE TO IMPLEMENT ITS PROJECT TO TO HIRE THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REQUIRED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF REHABILITATION RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE SEWER FORCE MAIN RUNNING FROM THE PUMP STATION TO THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AS DIRECTED IN THE 2022 CONSOLIDATED APPROPRIATIONS ACT OR AS IDENTIFIED IN AN APPROVED TECHNICAL CORRECTION IF ONE HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR THIS PROJECT.ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED ARE A VARIETY OF TESTS TO COLLECT DATA. DATA COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO CONDUCT A COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION OF THE FORCE MAIN IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE NEED FOR REPAIRS, REHABILITATION OR REPLACEMENT OF THIS CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE.
