THIS AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE FUNDING FOR OLD COLONY PLANNING COUNCIL TO CONDUCT ELIGIBLE ASSESSMENT-RELATED ACTIVITIES AS AUTHORIZED BY CERCLA 104(K)(2) IN EASTON, EAST BRIDGEWATER, HANSON, WHITMAN, MASSACHUSETTS, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER OF THE 17 COMMUNITIES THAT PLANNING AGENCY COVERS IN THEIR JURISDICTION. ACTIVITIES:SPECIFICALLY, THIS AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE FUNDING TO THE RECIPIENT TO INVENTORY, CHARACTERIZE, ASSESS, AND CONDUCT CLEANUP PLANNING AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT RELATED ACTIVITIES.
