Sub-recipients include domestic violence shelters (Domestic Violence Escape Dove Inc., Relief After Violent Encounter, Lapeer Area Citizens Against Domestic Assault, Women's Resource Center of Northern Michigan, and 15 others), community action agencies (Fivecap Inc., Saginaw County Community Action Committee, Alger-Marquette Community Action Board, others), youth services organizations (Ruth Ellis Center, Staircase Youth Services, Reach Resource Services, Ozone House, Alternatives for Girls), housing and homeless services providers (Truenorth Community Services, Good Samaritan Ministries, Neighborhood Service Organization), and specialized agencies including Michigan State University's RX Kids programs.
