BAY COUNTY/BAY CITY ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT REGARDING THEIR JAG AWARD. THE AGREEMENT IS TO DIVIDE THE FUNDS. THE JAG PURCHASES ANTICIPATED FOR EACH PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE TO A SPECIFIC DEPUTY/OFFICER WITH EQUIPMENT. THE BAY COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE AND THE BAY CITY PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT COORDINATE EFFORTS UTILIZING ALL EQUIPMENT FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. THE BAY COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE SHALL BE CALLED AS BACKUP IN TIMES OF NEED TO THE BAY CITY PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT AND VICE VERSA.
