Description

The governor's office of drug control policy will direct scip grant funding to state and local units of government to support program activities outlined in BJA's state crisis intervention program formula solicitation. At the writing of this application, the 2022/2023 program plan and funding priorities have not yet been determined by the iowa crisis intervention advisory board. Iowa anticipates using a well-established competitive grant application/independent review as the mechanism to pass through funding to subrecipients. The competitive process will be similar to that employed by the department of justice.
