Added: Jun 11, 2014 3:00 pm Contractor will provide an on-site sedding service to the Headquarters Building of the Ohio National Guard. Materials could be sensitive but unclassified, and therefore must be sedded before removal from the facility. Contractor will not be exposed to any classified material. Contractor will also be responsible for the removal of recyclable cardboard materials BASIC SERVCES Collection The Contractor will provide receptacles / disposal bins for distribution toughout the National Guard Headquarters Building (Beightler Armory) located at 2825 W Dublin Granville Road. Whatever bins are provided by the Contractor must be lockable and capable of securely containing sensitive but unclassified information. Keys to these secure bins will only be maintained by the Contractor and by a representative designated by the customer, and will not be distributed to any other entity. The disposal bins will be used to receive paper products (copier paper, envelopes, glossy paper, carbonless paper, etc.) that may be stapled, bound, or paper clipped. The Contractor will collect materials from the pre-positioned bins on a set schedule, but not less than bi-weekly. Sedding Once materials are collected, they will be sedded on-site. Contractor will have the capability to sed the contents of all receptacles filled to maximum capacity not less than bi-weekly. The Contractor can satisfy this requirement in a single visit or multiple visits as long as the bi-weekly requirement is met. The Contractor's operations will be self-sufficient, and will not rely on any equipment or utility access to be provided by the Customer. All materials will be sedded on site: no intact documents or personally identifiable information will be removed from the location. The Contractor will not be responsible nor be permitted to sed Classified Information of any kind. Contractor will also include a yearly visit to a Federal Records Holding site located in Building 5 at the Defense Supply Center-Columbus (DSCC). This visit will be in addition to the weekly/bi-weekly schedule, and will not disrupt collection or sedding service at the Headquarters facility. The purpose of the annual visit is to properly destroy expiring Federal Records located at the USPFO Storage and Distribution Warehouse. These records will be sedded on site at the Warehouse, and cannot be removed from the facility. Again, the Contractor's operations will be self-sufficient, and will not rely on any equipment or utility access to be provided by the Customer. Cardboard Recycling Contractor will be responsible for removal of recyclable cardboard from a designated area within the building. The customer does not possess crushing, compressing or banding capabilities, so the Contractor will be prepared to remove cardboard that is only in a broken down state. Billing Contractor must be able to submit all invoices to the customer using Wide Area Workflow. Contractor will submit invoices for each site visit. Contractor will submit a separate invoice for the annual visit to the Federal Records Holding facility. Additional Clarification on need: Provide routine services to 2 locations: 2811 West Dublin Granville Road has 18 receptacles, 25 consoles and 1 cart. Provide container-to-container retrieval and sed the contents onsite with a mobile sed truck every other week. Send a separate truck to pick up 6-7 Gaylord's of cardboard for recycling twice per month. 8277 S. Perimeter Drive has 10 consoles. We provide container-to-container retrieval and sed the contents onsite once a month.
