This is a request for construction services prepared with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE under NAICS 236220 PSC C211 with a Size Standard of $36.5M. Magnitude of Construction: $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) located at Tulsa, Oklahoma intends to compete a firm fixed price contract for a single purchase of: Batoom renovation at the Oologah Lake Office located in Rogers County, Oklahoma with a shipping address of: US Army Corps of Engineers Oologah Lake Office 8400 East Hwy 88 Oologah, Ok 74053 This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under W912BV18R0055, as a firm fixed type contract based on the following criteria: Lowest Price. The contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to issuing office. The contractor agrees to provide all commodities set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. Proposal Submission Information: Proposals are due by 24 August July 2018, 2:00 PM, Tulsa, Oklahoma Central Standard Time (CST). The responsible offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database (available at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ ). Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award see provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers and can be found in detail under 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors and 52.212-2 Evaluation. .
