This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS. The RFQ number is W91236-15-T-0030. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect tough FAC 2005-75 and DFARS Change Notice 20140721. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Norfolk District requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing and installing graphics items as specified on the attached spreadsheet for the Dallas MEPS facility located in Dallas, Texas Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Station. The intent of this RFQ is toobtain the lowest priced quote. Accordingly, award shall be made on the basis of the lowest price.Quotes which do not contain pricing for all items identified on the bid schedule shall be excluded fromconsideration for award.The Government reserves the right to reject all quotes. The Government will not award a contract to acontractor whose quote contains a deviation, as described below.
