W911SD22R0089 Rental/Lighting /Sound for USMA BAND Summer Concert Series This notice is issued solely for constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid also Site visit on 4/27/22. This is for the procurement of Services in support of the West Point Military Band Summer Concert Series held at Trophy Point. The contractor will provide lighting and sound designs, plots, and plans detailing the summer execution strategy and the equipment listed within the solicitation to provide lighting on the existing lighting tower support system at Trophy Point. The contractor will also be responsable for providing production setup (Audio and Lighting), Audio system engineer, stagehands, and riggers for all rehearsals and concerts (see production spread sheet)( inclement site of Eisenhower Hall will be used). The seasonal lighting rental strike on Sept 6, 2022 to remove all the equipment installed. (Please review detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS). SOURCES SOUGHT This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The U.S. Government has a requirement for West Point Military Academy for supply Rental Theater (out Door) Lighting for the Summer Concert Series at Trophy Point. A small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside.
