The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339999 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Total HUB-Zone ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2015-08-03 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Fort Drum, NY 13602 The MICC Fort Drum requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Thermal Targets: Item shall contain the following salient characteristics, Shall be approximately 40 inches high and 20 inches wide with an approximately 15 degree arc on each side. Shall weigh approximately 3 pounds. Must use less than 50 watts of power when in use, temperature shall be approximately 20 degrees F above ambient temperature for the head of the target and 10 approximately 10 degrees above ambient temperature for the body of the target. Shall feature a power cord approximately 24 inches long. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
