The small business size standard is 750 employees.Description of the requirement is as follows: Solicitation Number W31P4Q-17-Q-0034 is issued as a request for a Firm Fixed Price quote for the repair and calibration of a Leica AT901-B Laser Tracker, Serial Number 02345. Leica referred Hexagon Metrology as an alternate qualified source for repair of this equipment. The US Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, intends to issue a sole source contract to Hexagon Metrology of Miamisburg, PA.The CLIN Structure is as follows:CLIN 0001 Repair and Calibrate, Laser Tracker,Leica Model AT901-B Serial Number 02345(per attached PWS), QTY 1 Ea.CLIN 0002 Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR)The statutory authority allowing for solicitation to a single source for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a) (2) titled - Soliciting from a single source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
