Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Multigon Industries, Inc, Elmsford, NY. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code for this action is 334510. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Item, NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
