This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect tough Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-83. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The NAICS Code is 336611, Ship Building and Repairing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The solicitation number is HSCG85-15-Q-P45B45.CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION:The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center will perform all contract administration under this contract. The location of the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist for the contract is at 1301 Clay Street, Suite 800N, Oakland, CA 94612.
