The United States Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is seeking contractors to design, manufacture, and install a Fuel Flow Transmitter (FFT) Test Stand at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City. The test stand must be capable of testing fuel flow transmitters and flow valves for multiple aircraft platforms including A-10, B-1, B-52, C-130, KC-135, F-15, F-16, and F-22 aircraft. Key technical requirements include a semi-automated system with Human Machine Interface touchscreen capabilities, high flow and high-pressure testing functionality, and a 63"Wx50"Dx82"H test chamber with clear Plexiglas doors utilizing LabVIEW software and Siemens S7 Programmable Logic Controller. The contractor must provide comprehensive engineering, labor, materials, equipment, software, training, and meet strict technical standards including NFPA and ASME compliance for Class I, Division II environments.
