This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is FA8051-15-T-0003 Training Models; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect tough FAC 2005-78. (iv) This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999. The business size standard in number of employees is 500. (v) CLIN 0001: ADR Training Models. See documentation (attachment 1), OR EQUAL . Shipping cost included in each line item. (vi) See paragraph (v). (vii) Place of Delivery: AFCEC Readiness Directorate (ATTN: Mr. Lance S. Filler) 139 Barnes Drive, Suite A Tyndall AFB, FL 32403The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. (viii) Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. If quoting an "or equal", a specification sheet or other information must be submitted that provides sufficient detail to determine whether or not the substituted products can satisfy the need.
