The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect tough Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-81, effective April 10, 2015.Interested vendors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to Mr. Michael Lamb at Lamb.Michael@dol.gov.
