APTran software customization
Added: Mar 10, 2015 11:11 am The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to procure the services of AccountsPro, on a sole source basis, for professional services, including training of CFTC technical staff, to support the customization and further development of the APTran software; which will be used to automate the CFTC transit program process with the Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority. AccountsPro is the developer of APTran software and is uniquely qualified to trouble shoot and provide improvements to the licensed software. Services under the contract will include customization of the software to meet CFTC-specific requirements. AccountsPro is the only known source who can provide these services without invalidating the manufacturer's warranty and maintenance agreements for this product. This procurement is conducted under the procedure of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the date identified above. Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the source sole contract described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of CFTC.
