The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing Pest Control Services and Treatment for the Clinton Service Unit, which includes the Clinton, El Reno, and Watonga Indian Health Centers. IHS is issuing this Sources Sought notice to gather information on the capabilities and experience of interested parties to perform this work. The Government is requesting respondents to submit company information, socioeconomic status, SAM registration details, and a completed Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form. Responses are due by 2:00 PM CST on July 23, 2024 and are limited to 5 pages.

This opportunity is not set aside for any particular business type. IHS is utilizing the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act to give preference to ISBEEs, if practicable.
