The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Program Contracting Activity Central intends to solicit quotes for non-personal Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&A) services supporting new outpatient clinics, with solicitation anticipated to post May 22, 2026, and responses due June 23, 2026.
