The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates issuing an open and continuous solicitation for replacement and installation of remote annunciators at the boiler plant on or about September 3, 2026, set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The quote period will run for eleven days from solicitation issuance. Work will be performed at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina. The requirement is classified under NAICS code 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. One award is expected.
Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and, if applicable, the SBA DSBS database; SBA DSBS registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under the applicable NAICS. Quoters must submit SF 1449, past performance narratives, pricing, VAAR 852.219-75 limitations on subcontracting certification, and acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 by the deadline.
