The Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management California Region awarded a $328,000 firm fixed price purchase order to Pyramid Construction And Aggregates, Inc. to deliver 16,000 tons of Class II aggregate road base meeting Caltrans specifications. The solicitation sought delivery of the aggregate over a 12-day period in July 2022 to support road maintenance activities within the Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area in California. The contract has a total small business set aside designation. Pyramid Construction And Aggregates, Inc. will deliver the aggregate road base in daily 1,875 ton increments from July 11 through July 22, 2022 to support the Bureau of Land Management's maintenance and management of off-highway vehicle recreation areas in the California desert region.
