NOAA awarded a purchase order to Tulk LLC, a HUBZone small business, valued at $98,000 on September 22, 2026, for deep coral reef monitoring program surveys. Work is performed in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and includes technical diving team services for mesophotic coral reef surveys at depths of 30 to 50 meters across 28 survey sites using open circuit SCUBA diving compliant with American Academy of Underwater Sciences standards.
