Added: Feb 08, 2018 6:58 pm ***THE FULL SOLICITATION DESCRIBING CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD from Federal Business Opportunities on or about February 26, 2018. *** The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform Driftwood II Campground Shower Stall Renovations requiring partial demolition and replacement of interior structure and finishes on ten (10) shower stalls. The work will involve demolition, general labor, electrical, and HVAC work. General work shall include inspecting and replacing (as needed) rotten ceiling framing, installing new substrate and Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panels and moldings on walls and ceilings, and other miscellaneous work to yield a finished installation for each stall.This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated tough the Federal Biobased Preferred Program (FB4P).ESTIMATED START WORK: The contract time for the project is 60 calendar days, estimated to start on March 26, 2018 and end May 25, 2018.THE GOVERNMENT'S ESTIMATE is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond (100 percent) will be required after award. The project is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 236220 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million average receipts over the past tee years.SITE VISIT: A site visit is strongly encouraged inspect the existing conditions, verify applicable dimensions, and determine what this work will entail.
