The organization operates as a subsidiary of Analytic Services Inc. (Anser) and competes on a full-and-open basis with no set-aside designations.
Place of performance is Osseo, Minnesota. ATI's delivery model on OTA initiatives is consortium-centric, with named industry and research partners including Applied Research Associates, Aerojet Rocketdyne, Battelle Memorial Institute, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, and smaller specialized firms supporting technical execution.
