Added: Sep 20, 2013 9:29 am The U.S Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Garrison Division, has awarded five (5) Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC) contracts to five (5) contractors for Design/Build, Construction and/or Renovation Type projects at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, to include the Aberdeen area, Edgewood area, Churchville Test Course and the Van Bibber Treatment Plant. Awards were made to the following: W91ZLK-13-D-0026 to Akima Construction Services, LLC (3901 Old International Airport Rd, Ste 200, Anchorage, AK 99502); W91ZLK-13-D-0027 to Banneker Ventures, LLC (2514 Maryland Ave, Baltimore, MD 21218); W91ZLK-13-D-0028 to Bering Straits Technical Services (BSTS), LLC (3600A Deer Creek Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD); W91ZLK-13-D-0029 to Patriot Construction, LLC (3140 W. Ward Rd, Ste 203, Dunkirk, MD 20754) and W91ZLK-13-D-0030 to Wycliffe Enterprises, Inc (47 E. South St, Ste 201, Frederick, MD 21701). Contract(s) W91ZLK-13-D-0026, W91ZLK-13-D-0027, W91ZLK-13-D-0028, W91ZLK-13-D-0029 and W91ZLK-13-D-0030 are Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts upon which Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task orders will be issued. The ordering period of the contract(s) will be for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. This requirement was competed as a 100% 8(a) set-aside. Added: Jun 19, 2012 2:02 pm This Pre-solicitation notice supersedes previous notice W91ZLK-11-R-0007. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Installation Division (CCAP-SCI)) intends to award up to seven Multiple Award Task Order contracts (MATOC) for Design/Build, Construction, and/or Renovation Type projects. Work will be performed primarily on areas of U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground, Harford County, Maryland that include Aberdeen area, Edgewood area, Churchville Test Course, and Van Bibber Water Treatment Plant. Typical work includes, but is not limited to, interior and exterior renovations, heating and air conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, and other related work. All work will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications, and drawings provided with each project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 with the small business size standard at $33.5 million. This procurement will be solicited as 100% 8(a) set aside. Each contract is for one year with 4 option years. The total estimated value for each contractor will be a minimum of $2,500 and will not exceed $230,000,000 over the life of the contract. A Pre-Proposal site visit is tentatively scheduled for two weeks after release of solicitation. Details for mandatory registration for the site visit will be outlined in the solicitation in Section 00100. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 2 July 2012 with proposals due on or about 6 August 2012, the actual date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Interested offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps). All information, amendments and questions concerning this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for notices and amendments.
