Description

Alertness management for military - the ndcee contract (W91WLK-10-D-0005), section C.3, clearly states the following: the objective of the ndcee is to continue to develop and transition the technologies and initiatives necessary to satisfy the needs of the government. The purpose of this task is to execute that objective by executing a technology transfer of an existing MS windows based alertness management in military operations (AMMO) application to a state-of-the-art web-based technology system which will allow commanders to monitor the operational readiness of their unit and make decisions in real time to positively impact mission accomplishment. The web-based technology of the AMMO application shall be developed on a .MIL platform with a standalone website and demonstrated on a set of users to accumulate user feedback, performance data, and lessons learned, all of which will be provided in the final fatigue management web application report. The government shall be provided with a fatigue management web application user manual that will guide system users through the mission-focused workflow functions of the system upon successful demonstration of the web-based technology.
