Objectives is support to the U.S. Army Human Resource programs and systems with a focus on the business planning and research and evalution (e.g., process re-engineering, life cycle support and planning, proof of concept stidues, risk manangement and mitigation services) as it relates to the Army's HR programs. The estimated Face Value is for the Mission Area and not each individual contract. Each individual contract that is awarded will reflect these estimated value. Added: Dec 01, 2008 3:19 pm The US Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) at the Pentagon (will be re-locating to 200 Stovall Street, Hoffman Building 2, Alexandria, VA), on behalf of HRsolutions Program Office, intends to procure contractor support for Human Resources related services that encompasses the full life cycle of personnel categories, services, and support to Defense personnel and their communities, civilians, military components, families, veterans, retirees, and communities. A total of four (4) solicitations will be issued: W91WAW-09-R-0015 (Studies and Analysis); W91WAW-09-R-0014 (Personnel Service Support); W91WAW-09-R-0012 (Management and Administrative Support); and W91WAW-09-R-0013 (Recruitment and Retention). It is anticipated that the solicitation for Studies and Analysis will be published on or about mid to late December 2008. Thereafter, a solicitation will be published approximately every tee (3) to (4) weeks until all are published. No information pertaining to these solicitations will be released telephonically. Prospective offerors desiring to gain more information and knowledge of the solicitations can register to attend the Industry Day scheduled for this purpose. Industry Day is tentatively scheduled for January 2009. It will be a joint Industry Day for all four solicitations. More details will be published in a subsequent notice and in the W91WAW-09-R-0015 (Studies and Analysis) solicitation. To register, prospective offerors shall submit request, WRITTEN ONLY via e-mail, no later than 3:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, 17 December 2008, containing the company, business size, name of the attendees, and contact information to Ms. Moore and Ms. Evans. Due to the anticipated interest expected for these solicitations, each company is limited to two (2) attendees. Please do not make inquiries by telephone.
