This Request for Information is seeking information from industry to support the development of a potential Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for scientific and engineering support services at the Aberdeen Test Center in Aberdeen, Maryland. The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground is looking to gauge industry capability and experience in providing routine engineering services to support testing, instrumentation development, and facilities design. Responses to the RFI are requested by November 20, 2019 and should address the company's experience, capabilities, teaming arrangements, and security clearance procedures based on the requirements in the attached Performance Work Statement.
The potential ID/IQ contract has no set-aside designations applied. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541330 for Engineering Services with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The contract would have a ceiling of $50 million over five years and cover mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineering support through both fixed price and cost reimbursement task orders. Interested parties must demonstrate the ability to perform at least 51% of the work and provide examples of past performance on up to three similar contracts with aggregate values of task orders received as a prime or subcontractor.
