The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be issuing a Request for Proposals for a new Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The work under this contract consists of support to the environmental assessment, policy, and resource management and protection responsibilities of the New England District (NAE) in cooperation with the North Atlantic Division, other Corps of Engineers operational elements, and Federal agencies. Representative projects currently being executed under similar contracts include: physical, chemical and biological testing programs in support of dredge material suitability determinations for numerous navigation projects, oceanographic surveys in support of the Disposal Area Monitoring System (DAMOS) Program and Planning Division projects, and cultural resource investigations in both upland and aquatic environments.. This is not a request for proposals at this time, the solicitation requirements and contract documents to include instructions for submission and the response date will be available on or about July 2018.
