409th Contracting Command has issued a solicitation and subsequent Amendments to provide VEGETATION CONTROL FOR RAILROAD SERVICES to USAG, Ansbach. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial items procedures IAW FAR parts 12 & 13. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), requirements type contract. This requirement will utilize Low Priced Technically Acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB Destination will be Ansbach, Germany.
