The U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach awarded a $1.1 million firm fixed-price delivery order to Tec-Hydrodata Joint Venture for FY25 environmental compliance support services in Germany. The contract, which runs through September 2030, was awarded without a set-aside designation and represents work to be performed at the Ansbach installation in support of the U.S. Army's environmental management objectives in the European Region. Tec-Hydrodata Joint Venture, a foreign-owned environmental consulting firm registered in Eschborn, Germany, specializes in providing comprehensive environmental services to U.S. military installations across Europe, with capabilities in environmental engineering, monitoring, hazardous materials management, and regulatory compliance support.
This delivery order is issued against Tec-Hydrodata's existing $30 million multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Contract held with the U.S. Army Installation Management Command Europe Region, which has been in effect since June 2021 and extends through June 2026. The IDC serves as the primary contracting vehicle for environmental consulting services across Army and Department of Defense installations throughout the European region, enabling flexible procurement of environmental compliance management, monitoring, testing, and mitigation services that support Status of Forces Agreement requirements and help military installations maintain regulatory compliance with local and international environmental standards.
