Added: Jul 12, 2016 8:52 pm The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting ffice, Hawaii (413th CSB, RCO-HI), intends to solicit proposals for an Open End Painting Requirement. The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods to extend the term of the contract. No Solicitation or Invitation For Bid (IFB) is currently available. The solicitation will be available for download on or about August 1, 2016. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website located at https://www.fbo.gov/. No phone or fax requests for a copy of the solicitation will be accepted. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. Proposal submissions will be due on or about August 30, 2016. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation. This is a follow-on requirement. The current contract number is W912CN-14-D-0019 and the incumbent contractor for this requirement was TMGE LLC, 203 Franklin St. STE C, Remington, VA 22734. Added: Jul 07, 2016 6:28 pm This is a requirements-type construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, tools, transportation and other incidental items to perform interior / exterior painting and related work, various buildings, located on Army installations, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The proposed contract is limited to qualfying 8(a) firms serviced by the Hawaii District Office (HDO) of the Small Business Administration. The Government will not consider bidders from firms other than 8(a) firms or from 8(a) firms outside of the HDO. 8(a) firms that are not serviced by the HDO, but have a bona fide place of business (as defined by SBA) within the geographic area served by the HDO are also eligible to submit bids. An 8(a) firm not serviced by the HDO must consult its servicing District Office regarding the establishment of a bona fide place of business or status of a previously established bona fide place of business.
