Added: Sep 09, 2010 8:12 pm The CECOM Contracting Center intends to solicit and award a multiple award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) services contract, with Time-and Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders for a period of five (5) years for the Total Engineering and Integration Services (TEIS III) Program in support of the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC). Any interested Offerors should review the Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil for the solicitation No. W9128Z-10-R-0002 and associated documents. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the IBOP. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2).General Dynamics Information Technology (Fairfax, VA), NCI Information Systems (Reston, VA), and Science Applications International Corporation (McLean, VA) are being awarded a $892,000,000 multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide information systems engineering and information technology support services to the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) and its customers worldwide. TEIS III supports the full life cycle of ISEC projects to include planning, design, development, engineering, implementation, procurement, logistics, evaluation, test, sustainment, and ancillary services.
