The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Honolulu District intends to award three to five indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for environmental services activities at various locations within its area of responsibility. The services sought include environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, hazard investigations, field investigations, site monitoring, risk assessments, and environmental cleanup and remediation for hazardous and toxic radiological wastes. Eligible firms must be able to remove hazardous and toxic radiological wastes, conduct ordnance surveys and remediation, and remove underground storage tanks. A pre-proposal conference for the initial seed project involving petroleum contaminated soil removal on Aua Island, American Samoa will be held on April 4, 2020. Responses to the forthcoming solicitation are due no sooner than 30 days from the date of this pre-solicitation notice.
