The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, on behalf of the Department of Defense Education Activity, is seeking a contractor to conduct asbestos inspections, facility condition assessments, real property inventory updates and database management at over 240 schools and support facilities across 14 countries for DoDEA. The contractor will utilize the BUILDER database to collect and report data to assist DoDEA in managing facility assets. Responses are due by November 2, 2018 and must not exceed 10 pages.
