THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO REVIEW EXISTING STUDIES AND DOCUMENTS, PERFORM FIELD INVESTIGATIONS AND MODELING, RECOMMEND STRATEGIES FOR THE LONG-TERM MANAGEMENT OF STORM-WATER AT THE INSTALLATION AND PREPARE A SWMP. THE FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE OF THE SWMP IS TO ASSIST IN MANAGING STORM-WATER RUNOFF, ESPECIALLY IN CONJUNCTION WITH NEW DISTURBANCE OR CONSTRUCTION, AND TO MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE WITH THE INSTALLATION S STORM WATER DISCHARGE PERMIT, MO-0117251.
