About this award
This federal contract award was issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to DCS Infrastructure, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), to provide architectural and engineering (A/E) services for the replacement of steam traps and remote monitoring equipment improvements at the VA's Castle Point campus in New York. The contract, valued at $223,764.43, is a firm-fixed-price delivery order under a larger indefinite delivery vehicle (IDV) contract held by DCS Infrastructure with the VA's Veterans Integrated Service Network 2. The A/E services will include surveying the existing steam systems, designing the steam trap replacements and return line improvements, and incorporating a new remote monitoring system. This contract does not have a set-aside designation, but DCS Infrastructure's SDVOSB status indicates it is a preferred awardee for the VA's infrastructure maintenance and operations work.
