About this award

NASA Langley Research Center issued a delivery order to Amentum Technology, Inc. on February 1, 2014, with a ceiling value of $28.3 million under the Center Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering (CMOE) contract (NNL13AA14C) to provide maintenance, operations, and engineering support for Langley's institutional and research facilities through July 31, 2025.

The CMOE contract is a cost-plus-award-fee, single-award IDIQ supporting core institutional and research operations, maintenance, and engineering services across Langley. Scope includes research facilities operations (highly specialized wind tunnels, laboratories, test stands, instrumentation calibration and repair), central utilities operations (steam, compressed air, electrical power distribution, potable water), technology development and administration (facility automation systems, data acquisition systems), research and institutional facility maintenance (preventive maintenance, trouble calls, reliability-centered maintenance, facility condition assessment), and facility engineering (design, construction, configuration management, tactical engineering, pressure system recertification, project management and planning support). Place of performance is Hampton, VA.

In FY2018, the order generated $1.8 million in Service Contract Inventory invoicing with three subcontractors reported, including DMG Mori Federal Services, Inc., which supplied vendor support and materials for CNC equipment.
