The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake intends to procure a Competitive Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Small Business Set Aside - Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to provide Anti-Radiation Missile (ARM) Mechanical Support Equipment and related Teardown and Refurbishment.

However, all volumes of the proposal shall be submitted electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil OR by email. Proposal Submissions by email shall be sent to Payton Sutton, payton.r.sutton.civ@us.navy.mil. No other submissions, such as mail, hand-carried, proprietary, or other electronic system (e.g., DOD SAFE) will be evaluated. We encourage all Offerors to register in PIEE using the instructions attached to this synopsis.
Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled information in Contract Opportunities within beta.sam. CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI)
Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code’s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI.
