The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure a five year Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract for the production and engineering support of up to 10 each Flash Technology Solar Vertical Takeoff and Landing Taxiway and supplementary Airfield Lighting Suites to support the Expeditionary Airfield Solar Airfield Lighting System. Each suite includes Solar Taxiway Kits, Solar VTOL Kits, Solar Sign Kits, L-806 Secondary Wind Cone Kits, and L-807 Primary Wind Cone Kits to fulfill the United States Marine Corps requirement. Responses to this pre-solicitation notice must be received within 15 days of publication on February 11, 2021.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate a five-year firm fixed price IDIQ contract with Hughey & Phillips LLC for the production and engineering support of the Expeditionary Airfield (EAF) CAT I IFR/VFR Approach Lighting System. The system was originally developed under contract N68335-18-C-0573 to meet the United States Marine Corps requirement for a Category I Precision Instrumented Flight Rules/Visual Flight Rules Airfield Lighting System that allows operations in visual and low-visibility conditions and is compatible with AN/AVS-9 night vision devices. The government will negotiate this contract under 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 as Hughey & Phillips is the original developer and maintains specific rights. Responses to this pre-solicitation notice are due by May 15, 2020.
